Premature Tool Failure

In high-dynamic milling (VHF S5), heat concentrates at the tool tip. Standard titanium becomes 'sticky', welding to the flute and snapping the tool. ValidTi's Triple-Melt process eliminates segregated impurities, ensuring clean chip formation that carries heat away from the tool.
